test: Simplify EntityTest

This PR simplifies the EntityTest in such a way that it

  • Reduces the lines of code significantly (-2124 lines of code)
  • When a new Entity is being added (in the src/Picqer/Financials/Exact/ folder) it is included in the test without any changes needed.
