Selecting another radio has a flash of white in dark mode

Describe the issue

When another radio gets selected and the current one goes back to the unselected state, the circle of the radio fades to white before going to black in dark mode.

Dark mode: (fades to white then to black)

Light mode: (just fades to white)

Current Behavior

Selecting another radio has a flash of white on the current one in dark mode.

Expected Behavior

Selecting another radio should go black on the current one in dark mode.
