[feature request] add variable feature flag for css icons.

The css svg icons add quite a bit to the size of the final css size. For people that do not use these icons an $enable-icons feature flag would be useful.

I was thinking about this a bit more and might actually be a good idea to have a variable per icon, so that people can choose only the icons they need.

icon-less version isn't bad, but i just came here from the opposite tradeoff.

I saw there were some svg icons bundled and thought I might as well use them, but couldn't find anything in the docs. No stress but interesting topic.

There were fewer than I expected, unoptimized is about 3700bytes, not sure their removal will affect final bundles that much. A tip is to use the emoji-standard instead of external icon sets. Re-use existing/pre-distributed device graphics :man_shrugging: wish they could be tinted
