Don't use the test "feature", go to Template and test it there, better this way, till they will fix it...

I have fully rebooted HA machine and install/uninstall the addon 3-4 times. Now it is all good. No lag.

This is how ble it is working... There is no instant reaction for ble... If you need something very fast, try a mmwave sensor (for human detection, not phone)

Same here... everywhere, on computer, tablet, phone, all device will show the popup on top, not centered
