iBooks links open in iTunes, rather than iBooks

You can still buy the book through iTunes (and it passes the download to iBooks) but I'd rather the link just open in iBooks directly.

I had a quick look at your code, but it's structured in a way to choose between either iTunes or Mac App Store so will require some refactoring to include iBooks... and I sadly don't have that much time to help!
