Safari update today disables third party extensions

The Safari update today (v12.0 13606.2.11) disables all third party extensions except those installed from the Mac AppStore. This disabled a lot of my Safari extensions, including NoMoreiTunes.. :(

Will this project still be updated and listed on the Mac AppStore as an official Safari extension?

@jdf221 and I are working on this in #16 - Its mostly waiting for me to find some time to wrap things up. I'm planning the release for early October.
