Feature idea: option to also block the macappstores:// URI

Example: macappstores://itunes.apple.com/app/id430798174?mt=12&at=1010l4CQ

It would be nice to have an option in NoMoreiTunes preferences to also block this macappstores:// URI; all that's needed (probably) is substituting macappstores:// for https:// when a page loads, and the default NMiT blocker would then kick in on the itunes.apple.com domain.
