Use discussions instead of notes

GitLab has discussions which include notes except that they also provide information about threads. It would be nice if instead of adding comments sequentially, comments from threads are placed in one comment and the discussion maintained.

For example something like this:

In GitLab @ comment on :

In GitLab @ replied on :

The advantage is that it's clear what comment another comment relates to (since in threads the other comment is not always quoted).

Sounds good. I just don't have the time to add it currently. I would be willing to accept a PR for this feature.
