allow custom date format using widget

Expected behavior

I'd like to be able to use dateformat in the widget (vs only in the shortcode)

Actual behavior

the widget only offers a date on/off checkbox, but no dateformat option

Shortcode used and steps to reproduce the behavior

I'd like to be able to use the widget to duplicate behavior provided by something like [catlist id=63 numberposts=15 date="yes" dateformat="M Y"]

WP version, LCP plugin version (versions of other software if relevant, e.g. PHP)
