Add chromakey process to use green screen in pibooth

Hi, Thank's for all the job on this fantastic project !

I already use custom plugins :

• sync to a personnal ftp,
• add a message "1 print is started", "2 prints are started", "x print are started"
• add a paper sensor for my printer to stop printing when no paper left...

I worked on a chromakey fonction, to permit to cut out the greenscreen ont the picture if the background is not RGB in the cfg file.

I got it work, but i added the code in the file "picture_plugin.py", I could not get it work as a plugin...

If someone is interested in the code to try to create a plugin with it, we could share the plugin for all the community.
