API call to obtain server_vip only?

Hi there,

I'm trying to resolve https://github.com/qdm12/gluetun/issues/2320 to have VPN server side port forwarding working with Wireguard. However, I'm struggling to find the internal API IP address to use. For OpenVPN, the gateway IP address works well, but this not the case with Wireguard. Is there a way to only obtain the API internal IP address to communicate with, without having to register a wireguard key? Thanks!
