Changes tunnel configuration naming scheme to wg# to be picked up by the unRaid Dynamix WireGuard plugin, also adds a user script for use with the User Scripts plugin that allows for automation (re-generating configs via cron scheduling)

Not without a bunch of additional tinkering.

The generated configuration under the pia.conf convention would not be picked up by the Dynamix WireGuard plugin (so while it did technically work, it could not be managed via the unRaid WebUI), renaming it alone did not resolve the issue as some additional fields (tunnel type, public key) are also needed and stored in a separate .cfg file. And finally from what I understand, the WireGuard keys are invalidated after some time with the tunnel offline, so the automation script (provided as a user script) allows the connection to be regenerated by a cron schedule easily.
