Typo in OpenVPN deprecation notice

I think the first sentence in this file could be improved:

"We do no longer recommending the use of OpenVPN for new deployments."

Suggested rewrite:

"We no longer recommend that you use OpenVPN for new deployments."

I was going to file a PR, but I was feeling lazy and didn't feel like signing all the agreements etc. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
