Pipeline for automating the lexicon conversion process for Grapples

@phillipstanleymarbell Currently the SF lexicon file is used to generate the blocks for grapples, which means the ability to automate the generation process is limited by the formatting of the lexicon file. Having a process to convert this file to a file that's more suitable for generating grapples blocks would make it easier to keep grapples up to date with SF.
