Show violations during interactive suppression creation

This is a follow-up to https://github.com/phylum-dev/cli/pull/1557.

Currently viable packages and versions are already pulled from Aviary to suggest to users which exceptions they might want to add. However there is no explanation given for why those specific names and versions are suggested.

Ideally the suggestions would all include at least one line outlining what kind of violations are currently present. At the very least this should be done during version selection, since these can all be trivially submitted together. Another good opportunity is listing more verbose details while the reason is being specified.
