Are you already using OGCS? I use 2.10.0 BETA

Describe the question you have I want to synchronize several Outlook Accounts with their own Google counterparts. My question is, can I use the profile function of the Beta Version or do I need to download one Alpha Version for each Account.

So e.g. 10 Users = 10 Alpha Versions. Also, can I run all instances on one VM?

An instance of OGCS links to a single Outlook profile (which ever one is running when you start Outlook), and a single Google account. You can run multiple instances of OGCS to sync to different Google accounts, but you would probably also need different Windows accounts / VMs if you have multiple Outlook mail profiles configured.
