Flickering with a compositor (kwin)

It is not reproducible if I disable compositing in kwin, though:

I have the same issues (with the same workaround, Alt-Shift-F12 helps with toggling Compositor quickly). I guess the same root cause makes Spectacle screenshots record an outdated screen state (effectively hiding a window).
