Sub URI support for Passenger Standalone

Please add this feature as per the Apache Passenger module. At the moment I'm having to do some fairly horrible mod_rewrite stuff in order to get mutiple apps with different sub URIs working.

You can use passenger_base_uri together with the nginx template option .
