Fuse Panel hangs, nothing happens

Open jimmycarlinco opened this issue 6 years ago • 4 comments

Hello, was gonna try out the Fuse Panel. I am using debian, but when following the installation guide and running ./fuse-panel in the right directory, it hangs, nothing happens. No feedback. Only thing I can do is Ctrl+C to close it.

Is this a known issue? I tried on two seperate machines. Any insight would be great, thanks!

Is your user in the docker group?

I don't even have docker group on that server. As I understood the panel could be hosted on another server from the actual passenger instance? Is there a more detailed guide on how to set fuse panel up?

The script that runs the fuse panel runs it in docker, it can be run on a separate host from the passenger instance(s) but it does require docker. The instructions are here: https://www.phusionpassenger.com/customers/beta/installation
