Fixed bug in video frame rate in MAHNOB database file.

Fixed typos and minor issue related to the info of the frame rate in MAHNOB database. The original paper says 60, but really it is recorded at 61, as Allied Vision specifies: https://www.alliedvision.com/en/camera-selector/detail/stingray/f-046/.
