Restack windows when a notification closes

When multiple notification windows are vertically stacked and one of them closes, the stack is not re-adjusted. The stack should re-arranged so that there are no empty spaces between the windows.

Looking into this in my spare time. I think the changes made to address this issue will end up addressing #35 and maybe #151.
