Cannot start and stop at runtime..

Exactly what i need is filled in this except i cannot start at runtime means, Initially it should be end state(eg 05:00) when user tap a button to start it should countdown. Now it starts when i moved to the page where i used and pause also can't:(

It would be grateful if you help on this:)
