Feature request: Mark as read/unread swipe gestures and "Hot"-articles?

Hi! Thanks for providing an Android app for Fever. As Google Reader is shutting down, I expect this app to gain popularity soon :-)

Anyways, I got two questions:

1. Could you add swipe gestures for marking unread items as read and read items as unread?
2. I think it would be awesome if Fever's Hot-channel would also sync as this is an awesome feature of Fever that should be included IMO.
