extended pretty date formatting to show years and months ago and from now

We've been using the pretty format part of this library for a little while and users considered the more than 5 weeks to be a little linited in terms of information. So I have implemented years and months ago.

I had to refactor some tests to make it work for that range too.

Please consider merging thess changes.
