[wip] Use NKEY actor for freestanding items instead of RUPY

The RUPY actor approach works well enough, but the models/sprites for the items don't work. The end result of this PR will hopefully make it possible to spawn any item freestanding with the correct 3D model.

For reference - the function that spawns the NKEY actor is at 0x2160690 in overlay 17
