Make entirely custom help text

I feel like at this point, I should just write my own help text as a TXT file, and not let argparse do the thing, since it spares me effectively no maintenance time, makes the code more clunky, and takes away control I'd like to have over the help text, plus argparse was never intended to generate help texts of this length in the first place.
