Is support of A- E- G- optimality in dev plan?

Hi! What are you think about choosing criterion for kl_exchange, is it possible?

Also to include rotatability criterion I think K-means from Clustering.jl can be used. It is package from JuliaStats and have minimal dependencies so I think there will be no problen to include it (if rotatability criterion in interest zone as well )
