Book cover gone crazy

Sometimes the book cover @ https://www.phpmyadmin.net/ is flashing like crazy..

I've been trying to reproduce this for a few days, but haven't had much luck. Is it a flashing between the image and white, or are the various book covers animating very quickly instead of every 5-10 seconds as intended?

Thank you, that definitely helps me see what I should be looking in to. Did you happen to ever notice this happening before about two weeks ago (which is approximately when we upgraded Bootstrap used on the site).

Sometimes happens in my Firefox too, but just when I leave the page opened for a long time.

I maaaaay fix on my PR.

Edit: It's fixed on my PR because the gifs are only on Home. Books on other pages show a static image.
