phpmyadmin Maybe a bug?

was editing my query in the Browse tab and suddenly phpmyadmin lagged a bit and i got a window that dissapeared after like 5 seconds, from what I could observe on it was that it says edit my database table.. idk how to reproduce it or what caused it, I was just typing numbers into my table and suddenly this SQL query popup popped up and dissapeared, i could type in it too.

Is there any way to reproduce what caused it to appear?

It was a one time thing that i couldn't capture at the time. So i went on to ask if someone was able to replicate it
