Preserve full text in tooltip for subnet descriptions that are shortened

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you assign a lengthy description text to a subnet, that text will be shortened in the left-hand-side navigation. When you hover on the subnet, the tooltip is also shortened, which seems unhelpful.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the tooltip hover text to be the full unshortened description text.
