Physical street address format differs between Locations and Customers

Describe the bug The physical street address format is different between "Administration > Locations" (street,city,state,postcode) and "Administration > Customers" (street,postcode,city,state).

phpIPAM version Versions of phpIPAM known to contain the issue.

I'm starting to think maybe I'm the cause because the "Locations" input is freeform--it takes whatever I put in it. As long as OpenStreetMap returns valid coordinates, then the address is accepted. So, maybe I'm the problem because i put my postcode (or zip code, as my country calls it) at the end.
