"host is offline"

Hello. I have 3 phpipam agents which work correctly. they discover and update hosts in phpipam. I have for example : Address is offline Last seen: 2020-05-13 08:30:01

My probem is the "address is offline" part. Host is online, and last seen is correct. All of my hosts are red-flagged. but they should not. Any idea ? Regards
