He is right, that tutorial is not even close to being clear enough. I dont get anything from that.

Assuming you have installed MySQL properly to include MySQL Workbench. Start MySQL Workbench and open the file inventorymanager2017-6-22.sql found in the db folder. Execute the file in MySQL Workbench.
