Texts for public pages not being updated in releases

Is there something wrong or missing with the release build process that is causing the texts directory not be refreshed from the php-lan-texts repository?

In release 3.6.16 all the language files in the texts directory are dated 18 May 2021 but the history of the php-lan-texts repository shows many changes since then https://github.com/phpList/phplist-lan-texts/commits/master/

Composer requires "phplist/phplist-lan-texts": "@stable" and last releases is on 2021 May https://github.com/phpList/phplist-lan-texts/releases/tag/v2021.05
