Namespace

I don't like the namespace "Rapi". Feels very 8.3 dos like shortness.

Any objections to change the namespace to something more descriptive, like phpListRestApi?

I'm planning to have a nice-looking namespace for the new REST API anyway. :-)

I cleaned up the old REST API v2 code to make it easier for me to understand it. However, I will completely replace that code with the code I'm going to write for phplist/rest-api and phplist/phplist4-core. So I don't object to changing the namespace; I just don't think it is worth the time for code that will be removed soon anyway.
