mailparse_rfc822_parse_addresses() does not parse Quotes (") correctly

Hello,

Example:

"Alan \"Crane\" Woke"

It should be parsed to

Alan "Crane" Woke

but it is being parsed to:

Alan \ Crane\ Woke
