[EditInPlace] Add global tools and informations in the Editor

As suggested by @rvanlaak:

• some status / progress in the "edit in place" popup, like "3 translations ready for saving"
• a toggle to "highlight" all possible translations and edited translations

The big white check after the "save" action is great, maybe also add the "3 translations saved" response message over there.

Some other statuses:

• the language you're translating
• the domain you're translating, when the cursor is focused on a translation label
