City Dropdown not Showing

Hi,I install your module in magento 2.1.12.I don't have option for add city in admin panel.This show only select country and enter state code and state name.Please help me.

You should get the pro version, the price for the pro version is $299, it will be included the city dropdown and the ward dropdown in address.
