On iOS, editing tags gets hidden behind popup keyboard

When edit mode is on I think some extra margin needs to be added to the bottom of generic tag section and panel needs to scroll to approriate position. Maybe keyboard height can be determined from a JS API to work out how much margin to add. Scrolling might be handled by just focussing on the text input field.
