The installer exited with a non-zero exit status. ERROR: Missing Header File: scotch.h install-failed.log

installed scotch version is scotch-6.1.3-1

I have the same on fedora 38. Ldd fails with missing ptscotcherr and scotch. They are available in system lib (ldconfig -p lists several locations).
