/ɣ/ should be /h/ in Xavánte

Cited sources disagree. From saphon:

Oliveira posits /h/ where Quintino posits /ɣ/

Both Machado Estevam 2011 and Pickering 2010 agree with Oliveira 2007 in that there is a phoneme /h/. Quintino 2012 never presents a proper phoneme inventory, but /h/ is featured (while there is no trace of /ɣ/).
