Update EA

[bambooforest]

EA has been / is being updated. They have:

• deleted some inventories for the new release (e.g. didn't like the source they used before)
• made corrections to (still) existing resources, add new URL pages
• added new entires

Integrating a revised version of an existing data source will trigger a major version update of phoible (e.g. inventory IDs won't be backwards compatible).

For EA we'll need a new data conversion pipeline, which should be easier than the deprecated json pipeline (https://github.com/bambooforest/phoible-scripts/tree/master/EA) because the new version of EA is in sqlite tables.

Tests will need to be written regarding segment conventionalization, etc.

This issue will rest for the time being on the back burner.
