Add new inventory from Killian
This isn't actually an inventory error in the sense that the source includes them but we don't. Basically Killian is a more-up-to-date reference and should be added separately (and given precedence in the trump hierarchy -- or we think about retiring inventories as we move forward).
Since each inventory is a doculect, there's a sense in which we should never "retire" them simply on the basis of better work being done later. That said, I can imagine a few cases where we might retire a data source, if (for example) the work was discovered to be fabricated or not of scholarly quality. Not sure if this is one of those cases or not.
