IIS Install Procedure

It would be great if we could get an installation procedure for IIS. If I get a chance I can try to replicate the .sh on Server 2019 in about 2-3 weeks but in the meantime if anyone knows, that'd be great.

sry, had no time yet, we just became close to have a (validated) installation procedure for debian 11 for the first time.

will look on windows another time, wor now we used tomcat directly there only.
