sampling from decoupled pblums in emcee solution results in duplicate values

When sampling for decoupled pblums and then calling b.sample_distribution_collection('emcee_sol'), both pblums are showing identical values despite not being identical in the underlying samples array. Adopting as a distribution as an intermediate step shows the expected results.
