When having a two (or more) monitor system, it would be a good idea with an option to display the legacy tray icons on the panel also on the secondary monitor(s). For example with the extension "Dock to panel", one can have running apps icons displayed on all monitors. The same option in "Topicons-plus" would be useful to have.

Sure, that would make sense although this is not a common layout.
