The site https://phoboslab.org/wipeout/ is broken on Chrome version 79.0.3945.88 and newer. Black screen, nothing happens.

Works fine for me in newest Chrome.

Do other WebGL sites work for you? E.g.: https://get.webgl.org/ Also try disabling any plugins.
