Questions only?
I have your port running on manjaro linux... But ... Sometimes at the begging of the main menu the music is missing is like it expects another different tracks (for the game on console for example) because sometimes plays a track sometimes not.
The second question is regarding to cutscenes. In the PC game the are cutscenes in the FILM folder. Those are in the SMV format which i can't convert at least on linux to MPEG.
The files are INTRO.SMV SHOT1.SMV SHOT2C.SMV SHOT3.SMV SHOT4C.SMV SHOT5.SMV SHOT6B.SMV WIPETITL.MSA
Is any way to convert all of them to .MPEG??
Are the files wipeout/music/track01.qoa to wipeout/music/track11.qoa present? Do you see an error message in the console when the music is not playing?
Regarding the videos: the code here only plays the intro (if present as MPEG). I can't recall that the game had any other FMVs on PC, but according to https://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php/Psygnosis_SMV SMV was a thing. Do you know what the contents of these videos were? Did somebody put this on Youtube, maybe?

It here explains about those códecs used in Wipeout. Maybe It Will be some helpful. Regarding to tracks i haven't got a track01 name. I don't know if i haven't track11 but for Sure track01 not.
And thanks for the response, Dominick
i have on the music track02.qoa to track09.qoa this are the tracks from the original pc game ripped onto qoa format.
