On local network I'm having issues where the video and audio stutter, and video seems to go fast then stop then go fast again etc. If I increase the buffer size for audio audio works smoothly but video doesn't still. I can't verify that video and audio are out of sync because of the stutter. This is all happening on local network, even on localhost, on Desktop Firefox and FFmpeg encoding.

use ffmpeg with -re input for re-coding your push.

ffmpeg -re worked here too for solving the stuttering issue (vlc-ffmpeg-jsmpeg). Still problems with resume play but after 1 second or so, the forward play runs fine compared to when streaming directly from vlc.
