Windows Server Capable?

Windows Server Capable? I made user accounts on a windows server and want to use this for each account. They would get access to their accounts through the web browser.. Issue is that I dont know how to do this.. Do I run it on each account on a different port?

Are you trying to have them access their account all at the same time? Also, there's not SSl encryption so it's not the most secure..
